Nimmitabel station resided on an 88m platform on the down side of the main line. At the down end was a water tank and ash pit. Further down the line was a siding leading to a turntable. On the up side of the line was a crossing loop, stock siding and goods siding with loading bank and shed. By 1971, the turntable had gone.
