Boorowa 2006 The remains of a "Fairmont" railcar near Boorowa.

Captains Flat 2006 Cyanide drum on the Captains Flat line. Highly toxic cyanide was used to dissolve the gold from the ore at the Captains Flat mine.

Chakola 2006 At 500m in length, this bridge across the Umaralla river and floodplain is the longest on the Bombala line. The photo is taken from the northern end, looking towards Chakola. Serious damage at the Chakola end was largely responsible for closing of the line.
Cooma 2007 Heading south out of Cooma towards Bombala, the track is beiong engulfed by a sea of thistles.
Coonerang 2007 The view looking south along the wooden platform. The former goods siding opposite has been lifted.
Maclaughlin 2007 Rock falls and landslides have completely covered the tracks for the last few km travelling south into Maclaughlin.
